Darlene Simpson is the Hot Check Coordinator for our office. Under her leadership Hot Check Collections are some of the highest in the state. She implemented an innovative program, a Hot Check Amnesty Program that was later duplicated in other states. She also is a trained ACIC and NCIC Level IIR Officer. Darlene is the mother of four grown daughters, lives in Gurdon, and has worked with our office for 13 years. She has been with the Prosecutor's Office long enough to be able to help out with the other divisions of our office.
